These Terms regulate access, browsing, and use of the Website, as well as the responsibilities derived from the use of its contents (understanding “contents” to include texts, graphics, information, photographs, videos, logos, icons, software, etc.).

2. User Acceptance

Access to and/or use of the Website attributes the status of User and implies full and unreserved acceptance of all the Terms published here. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Website.

3. Rules of Use

The User agrees to:
a) Not use the Website for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
b) Not damage the physical or logical systems of the Website, its providers, or third parties.
c) Not introduce or spread computer viruses or any other physical or logical systems that may cause damage.
d) Respect the intellectual and industrial property rights of the Owner and third parties.

4. Minimum Age

To contract services and/or send personal data through forms or messaging, the User declares to be over [16/18] years old. If this requirement is not met, authorization from parents or legal guardians is required.

5. Information and Availability of Services

The Website provides information and, where applicable, booking or pre-booking of:

  • Tandem paragliding flights in Gran Canaria.
  • Courses for beginners and progression.
  • Local guiding services for flying.

Activities are subject to weather conditions and the availability of technical and human resources. The Owner reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel the activity to preserve the safety of participants.

6. Booking Process and Price

Bookings may be made through [form, email and/or WhatsApp]. The general process will be:

  1. User requests a date/time.
  2. Owner confirms (location, approximate time, requirements, and price).
  3. [Payment]: [cash / bank transfer / POS / deposit %] as indicated in each case.
  4. User receives confirmation and reminder with meeting point.

Prices: Prices indicated on the Website are indicative and may vary depending on the date, weather conditions, and the exact service contracted. Unless otherwise stated, prices include [applicable taxes / liability insurance] and the concepts detailed in the service description.

7. Cancellation and Changes Policy

  • Due to weather or safety: The pilot/organization may cancel or reschedule the activity if conditions are not suitable. In such case, a new date will be proposed at no cost to the User; if not possible, any deposit paid will be refunded.
  • By the User: Cancellations must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting time. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the loss of the deposit.
  • Late arrivals: Delays of more than 45 minutes may result in the impossibility of carrying out the activity and loss of the deposit if rescheduling is not feasible.

8. Participant Requirements

For safety reasons and internal regulations, the User declares that:

  • Weight/age: Complies with the established ranges minimum weight 20 kg and minimum age 4 years with authorization.
  • Physical condition: Is in adequate condition to perform the activity; will inform of any relevant medical condition (recent injuries, heart problems, pregnancy, etc.).
  • Alcohol/drugs: Will not participate under the influence of alcohol or substances.
  • Equipment: Will come with appropriate clothing and footwear as indicated by the Owner.
    The Owner may deny participation if there are risks to the User, third parties, or flight safety.

9. Insurance and Liability

The Owner declares to have civil liability and/or accident insurance in accordance with applicable regulations. Notwithstanding this:

  • Aerial activities entail an inherent risk. The User accepts the pilot/guide’s instructions and agrees to follow them.
  • The Owner shall not be liable for the User’s breach of these Terms nor in cases of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances.
  • None of the above limits the legally mandatory responsibilities under consumer law and other applicable legislation.

10. Intellectual and Industrial Property

All contents of the Website (texts, photographs, videos, images, logos, design, software) are protected by intellectual and industrial property rights. Their reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation, or any other unauthorized exploitation is prohibited without the express written consent of the Owner or their rightful holders.

11. Third-Party Links

The Website may include links to third-party sites. The Owner is not responsible for the contents, policies, or practices of such sites. The inclusion of a link does not imply any relationship, approval, or endorsement of the linked site.
